How do I obtain the rebate form?
All rebate forms can be found at www.rebates.offerwire.com.  Please select the service provider (CenturyLink, AT&T, DirecTV, etc.) and the month service order was placed from the drop down options.  If you are having difficulty in either accessing the site or downloading the rebates, please submit a request via our “Contact us” section to have the form(s) emailed or sent via USPS First Class mail.

Can someone explain the rebate forms to me?

Service rebates require specific documents for submission eligibility.  Rebates require that the service(s) be purchased through a Bridgevine (dba Offerwire) sponsored website.   Service(s) must be activated within 30 days of order date and maintained for a minimum of 60 days (some submissions require longer activation for eligibility), rebate form completed, a copy of the order confirmation showing ordered service(s) and attach a copy of the first two months service bills showing activation of ordered services.  These documents must be postmarked within 90 days of the order date.  Mailing address is on the rebate form.  One submission per envelope.  Please keep copies of all submission documents.  

The rebate form has already expired, how am I to submit?
The expiration date on the rebate forms designates a “purchase by” date.  The postmark date (90 days from order date) allows ample time to accumulate the required documents.

I did not receive the order confirmation via email.  Can it be re-sent?
Please contact us, making sure to include the service address and current email address so we can email a copy or it can be mailed via first class mail.

How long after submitting the rebate can I check the status?
Allowing for mail delivery times, document scanning and data entry, you can check for receipt of your submission 3 weeks from postmark date.  Once the submission has been data entered, you will receive notification of the receipt and the website to continue to track the status of your submission.

What is the status of my rebate?
Rebate status can be checked by visiting www.offerwirerebates.com.  Please enter your first name, last name and zip code. Or, if you have received notification of the receipt of the submission, you may enter the submission tracking number.  If no results are returned or status has not been updated for several months, please contact us providing order information, or if available, the submission tracking number.

How long does it take to receive the rebate after submission?
Submission processing time is 8 – 10 weeks.  Once qualifying activity has been met, i.e. documents in order and minimum activation period has been met Visa card are processed/mailed.

 

The rebate status website states my rebate has been mailed; however, I have not received it.  What can be done?

Visa cards are mailed via bulk mail, so we ask to allow 15 days for mail delivery.  If you have not received the Visa card after this time frame, please contact us.  Please provide submission tracking number and an accurate mailing address (should it be different from the address on rebate form/service address).  Once we have confirmed the Visa card has either been “returned to sender” or has not been used, a replacement can be processed.  The original card will be deactivated prior to the replacement being created.  There is a $6.95 replacement fee which will be waived for the first occurrence. 

Can I change the mailing address on the rebate submission?

Initially, you can alter your mailing address on the rebate form.  However, once submitted, the mail to address cannot be changed.  If you have moved, please make sure to have a forwarding order in place with USPS. Or, please contact us with the submission tracking number and the new/current mailing address.
